skipped microA lecture this morning. and i ended up going to school for just an hour. yeahhh. one pathetic hour. how amzinggg. with comm skills delayed by an hour, class was from 10-11 am. but i've to stay back for a while to observe the results of my microA experiment. and as expected, mine didn't quite turn out the way it was supposed to. hahaha. my agar plate showed different results from that of my classmates. plus the growth in my culture broths were not exactly accurate. as in they were not supposed to turn out like that. well, its kinda hard to explain. so for the benefit of you clueless people out there, here's what an agar plate usually looks like ;
so there. the above contain staphylococcus aureus of two different concentrations. (s.aureus is a type of bacteria) there are various kinds of agar plates, like the MacConkey and blood agar. so yeahh. i shall not go into details. cause i don't know much myself. (:
met up with myra after that. had lunch at macs, after which she headed to the library for some bonding time with her friends. hahaha, ok not really. she went for a project meeting while i headed home straight.
and yeahh, went out again with mummy and tasha & we caught THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA:PRINCE CASPIAN !!!
omgggg. its a must-watch movie of the month! reallyreallyreally .. i simply loveee SKANDAR KEYNES & BEN BARNES.
now tell me i've got good taste. go on .. ;)
did a bit of shopping after that. dinner-ed at lot1, walked around and then it was home. yeahhh. i love todayyy. i love mummyyy. & i love the GSS. cheap clothes, accessories, everythings. all i need now is moneyyy.
